Free Adoptable Cats Available by Appointment Only
All cats have been examined by a veterinarian, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, spayed or neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and vaccinated. Adoption records will be provided.
You may submit your application before your appointment. While you can request a specific cat, we cannot guarantee it until you visit our shelter. One application is sufficient for all cats.
*Note: Hardage Cat Rescue & Re-Home reserves the right to refuse any applicant.*
What to Bring:
Bring household members who will interact with the cats, including children. A representative will guide you in meeting our cats.
Adoption Requirements:
After selecting your cat, you’ll need to provide: – Two forms of ID with your current address (one must include a photo) – If renting, a signed lease agreement and landlord’s contact information.
**Note on Kittens:**
Kittens under 8 months must go to homes with another cat or kitten, or be adopted in pairs.

Donation Information:
We accept in-kind donations instead of monetary contributions for each kitten or cat adopted.
– One 32 lb. bag of litter
– One 22 lb. bag of dry cat food
– One case of 24 cans of wet pate cat food
